Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! While all sales are final, we’re here to ensure you receive quality products.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re happy to offer a product exchange or a store point valid for one year from the date of issue.

  • Exchanges can be requested within 3 working days from the delivery date.
  • If unsatisfied with the exchange, a store point valid for 1 year will be provided.
  • The decision regarding exchanges or store credits is entirely at the brand's discretion.

Important Notes:

  • All shipping charges for exchanges or store points will be borne by the client.
  • Products must be returned in original packing, tags, and invoice.
  • If any of the above items are missing, the company reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
  • The product is eligible for exchange only if it is unused and in proper condition.
  • All returned products will pass through a quality check.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchange.
  • Personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

As each item is handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and finish.

After-Sales Care

All our products come with a warranty of 6 months from the date of delivery.

Post 6 months, any repair charges will be borne by the client as per actual.
